NANDOS XAVIER ORMONDE POOR SERVICE

On the 12th of June the year 2021, at around 20h00 I stopped at Nandos the one at Xavier Ormonde and bought food. On arrival the shop was not full and didn't expect to wait long for my food. Then at around 20h30, I went to check on my food and I was told to wait 5 min then went back at 20h35 and I was told 2 minutes and the lady by the name of Dorain gave an attitude when I asked about my food and not only to me but other customers as well. At around 20h38 the order number before me (875) got there food and I was to be next (876) but to my surprise that while asking again about my food the order after me was called and I didn't understand how because the order was bigger then mine when I asked to see the manager the same lady Dorain ignored me and continued with what she was doing then went to another Nandos employee and requested to see the Manager then he was called just as he arrived Dorain then gave me my food as if nothing happened. I then asked the manager if is this is how clients are treated and the manager as well by the name of Kgomotso have me attitude and said, "whats the fuss about because you got your food" and I further didn't say anything because as the manager he failed me. So my question to Nandos is, is this how you treat clients? I hope this issue goes further as possible, something has to be done.
