Nando's wrong order delivered!

so i called Nando's call centre for an order to be placed with Nando's parktown! Tshepo, apparently he is from the call centre, took my order and i detected from his tone he was not interested in taking my order! and i was right! I am vegetarian and i receive a chicken burger!!! But, Jewel from parktown Nando's resolved my issue in a very professional manner and I thank you!
