Nandos without extra sauce.....
The issue I experienced has become a common occurrence throughout Nandos everywhere but these are the branches that I frequent and have encountered the problem at <br> My wife always orders the Quarter chicken with Saucy rice which is topped with relish, she also requests that hot sauce be added over and above the relish onto the rice and also onto the chicken. Lately most branches have denied us the extra sauce on the rice explaining that their system does not allow it - how is this my problem as a customer. I went through an entire demonstration from the Malibongwe manager yesterday as to how he cannot add the sauce requested. I cannot understand why Nandos would limit this key component and frustrate me as a customer as I am not asking for anything that is not offered on any of the other dishes currently but for this specific dish is not permitted. Whatever happened customer satisfaction or is this not one of Nandos Values as a company.<br> I will definitely think twice about supporting the brand especially when there is Roco Mamas, Adega and Adiccio in the shopping complex and if need something quickly the Mcds down the road or KFC across will do fine
