Nando's westville mall's pathetic dry meat and continuous bad service

we ordered 5 Nando's quarter chickens and MR D selected the Westville mall to deliver to us. The food was very quick to arrive we were happy about that, until we opened our meat and saw how dry it was, no basting sauce nothing what so ever, SUPER DRY. I called Westville mall and spoke to a guy who said we should complain with MR D and i advised him Mr D does not prepare the food, he ended up helping me and said he wants to see the meat and will send someone with the correct kind of meat, they sent us the same thing and and when i called the guy again just to advise him he still sent the same thing he said " you should have selected extra sauce" Mr D doesn't have that option, and its not extra sauce we wanted, we just wanted moist and normal sauce on the meat as per usual, even if it means we had to say we wanted extra sauce on the app why is he still returning us the same type of meat without the extra sause he thinks we want?? i don't know if nando's has changed the way they prepare their meat but everyone likes it moist. we all ended up eating the meat because we were super hungry and tired of talking. Please address this as we felt like it was a complete waste of money.
