Nando’s Waterfall UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE!!

This Nando’s is very unprofessional and totally unreliable. This is the 4th time in a year that my food hasn’t been delivered!! Such a joke! I place an order online just before 7pm - ETA 7:45pm. No food was delivered. I called the store numerous times and my calls were repeatedly dropped. When I finally got through at 20:16, I spoke to Violet, she told me she could see my order and that a driver hadnt collected the order, when I asked if the food would still be delivered, she assured me that a driver would have to deliver because they had received the order. At 20:42 I get a phone call from Bruce, denying that they had ignored incoming calls. I explained to him that all I want is my dinner. He keeps me on hold for 4 minutes, only to tell me that a driver had collected my food then cancelled the order. A contradiction to what I had been told earlier by Violet. Such blatant lies! I am fuming! I’ve waited 2 hours for a meal that is now allegedly canceled! This Nandos is a joke! This is the 4th time my food isn’t delivered! This Nando’s must get rid of the lazy staff if they want longevity!
