Nandos Village Square - Rude and unprofessional POPIA contrived disrespect a customer

I placed an online order on the 20th of May 2022 at Nandos Village Square Randfontein, and my order was supposed to be delivered. After an hour I was told that there were no drivers. I decided to go pick up my order when I got home; the rolls were stale, the corn had an offish smell, the peri-peri wedge was hard and salty, and the chicken was undercooked. I logged a complaint online and phoned the store, and spoke to the store manager with an attitude. She said that she would prepare another order, but I must come to pick it up, and insisted that the order gets delivered. I gave the driver what was left of the order. I was given a new one; the driver even asked if that was all of it (yep); nothing had changed with the order; I assume their stock was old, and I didn't touch the order. After an hour I received a call from a mobile number this person said that she was the manager and asked what happened to the other parts of the chicken and the corn before I could even answer she said that I am a **** and that the was nothing wrong with the order. The employee was rude and unprofessional. Her conduct was inappropriate, but for Nandos to allow their employees to take customers' details and use them to disrespect them is unacceptable; hence I will report Nandos to the Information Regulator for contriving POPIA. I will take this forward, and I will not rest until this employee named Phindile Thobejane is fired.
