Nando's Version of the ANC

Nando's Ottery (DriveThru) in Cape Town First time Dining in at this restaurant. Very unpleasant experience. 1. Walked an and stood in the line to order. Noticed there is no teller so had to wait 5min for a teller. 2. Noticed 3 tables with people waiting for food, And there was no griller at the station and no chicken on the flames. 3. Eventually placed my order. 4. Seated at the table and the available tables was not clean. (Salt and Peri Salt all over them). Dirt on the floor all around the table. 5. As soon as i seated, 1 of the ladies eventually comes and sweeps around the table and asks me to lift my feet. LMAO! 6. 1 customer went to complain about his wait. Then the griller pops up. He then gets his food. 7. While waiting between 20 to 30min for my order, 1 of the staff sits at the table next to us with his food. lol. So i guess they cant wait too. 8. Eventually got the food and it has little to no extra sauce which was requested, chicken over cooked and the chips was Ice Cold. also, the chips was brown in colour. Kind of like cooked too long or Old oil. 9. Requested other chips and waited a further 10min which was fine as i assumed they went to fry others. 10. eventually got the chips but only for my meal and not that of my wife and kid. Lol. So i gave my son the warm chips and wife and i just ate the cold chips. 11. cherry on the top, while we were eating, the staff decided to come have a meet and greet right next to our table, with selfies and fondling and what what. lol 12. when they left, there was a Hair net and used takeaway packet just left there on the table by the wash basin.

The award for the most disorganized and Poorly managed nandos definitely goes to this branch. My First and Last visit.
