I am completely appalled and disappointed this evening. I placed an order online for collection and when I went to the restaurant to collect, the restaurant was closed. I didn't receive any communication from the restaurant or the online platform.Mind you the order has been paid for already via card. The person I found there simply told me that they are closed and to come back tomorrow to get my food..Just like that, and she proceeded to walk away from me.

I had to purchase another meal at another store that was 10km away from where I was.

My experience today left a bitter taste in my mouth and in my bank account. When I go there tomorrow, I will be demanding my refund and compensation for the additional expense I had to incur because of such unprofessionalism
