Nandos Vanderbijlpark Cnr Frikkie Meyer BLVD & barrage Rd, Vanderbijlpark, 1900

I ordered online to pick up my meal for the 2x kids. I ordered the winglets and chips and paid online. I scheduled to pick the order up at 13:50. I arrived at 13:45 and first waited in the normal queue then went to the pick up and collect line. No one was helping us and there were two ladies working the tills. Then when I asked the one lady why no one is helping us she just shouted “next” and then I stood there and asked her again and explained that I had paid online and ordered online and it is already past the pick up time at the point. Then she said go wait at the back of the line. After I was already in that line and I had been waiting there the longest. Then I still had to wait another 10 minutes in that line. Even my 9 year old was shocked how “rude” the lady spoke to me. I am not one to complain but it costs nothing to be kind.
