Nandos useless staff and manager

I visited the Chatsworth Centre branch,service is so poor there,I ordered an houlimi veggie burger cashier giggled and laughed and stated that she never heard of an houlimi burger.She then went to call the manager.She returned and I saw the driver and explained ro him that the cashier did not know about the houlimi burger,he then explained her then she stated veg pattie with Houlimi and I stated now how you know that,manager was unapologetic then cashier said my order would be ready in 10 mins.30 mins later manager comes to me and ask me again if it is a veg houlimi or chicken houlimi burger,after me already ordering then 10 mins later Manger gives me a bag and tells me.my order was ready.I go to the vehicle and open just to check the order,I find peri wedges loose and packet for wedges broken.I don't see any livers.I then go back to the store manager is on the phone I wait for her to finish.Then I rell her she did not give me my livers,she then tells me she only read top of the receipt,then a waitress butts in and says she was calling my order number for the livers...like seriously now,your manager gave me my order and I left,I was so upset I took my livers dumped it in my bag and left,pathetic service from Nomfundo the manager and her pathetic staff,Nandos is ***edup and Pedro's will surely put them out of business.
