Nando's useless service

Worst service ive ever received. Order was placed on line at 19:15 and its 21:00 now. The money was paid over and still we are being told that there is no order. This is the worst service ive ever received. I will not order from nandos again and would advise any person to rather steer clear of this pathetic service.
