Nando's useless in-store and online

Nando's in Edward Street, Bellville is staffed by half witted *****s. After telling the staff member I was ordering from about 4 times I wanted 2 hot Perinaise avo wraps and two others, she rings up one hot and one not. I don't want a hot cheese wrap but she made that hot so now I have to eat it as my husband doesn't do hot food. Order 973 on the evening of 13/2/22. I called Nando's to complain, but when you select 4 to give feedback, your call gets cut off. How surprising.
