Nandos use to be good

Absolutely horrible, placed an order online via their app. An hour and a half goes by, nothing. So I called, Nandos PTA North, firstly terrible and rude service, secondly after repeatedly telling the lady my order num, she keeps getting it wrong. Finally she gets it right, and its not on the system. Then the manager comes and checks, he can't find it either, so after waiting a while, whilst they search amongst themselves where ny order is that i placed obe and a half ours ago. They tell me they found it its been sitting on the takeaway counter for a while. While I order delivery and paid for it. So now my 3 year old son is getting food that is late and cold. I mean who likes cold chips. Whats the point their website says 20 to 30 min and you order it at 6 and it only gets here by 7:55, 5 min before my sons bedtime. Utterly disappointed for a company that always was onpoint. On my receipt my order was done by 6:31 been sitting on their counter for over an hour and none of them had the brains to find out why.
