Nandos' Uncooked Chicken - and no rectification

Nando's - I have never had worse Customer Service than I just have. I complained about a meal that we purchased and they did not even bother to rectify it. The chicken was raw almost uncooked and it was terribly prepared. It isn't about a free meal, it is about serving me an inedible meal and then not even having the decency to rectify it. Shame on you Nando's Greenstone Hill - It is disgraceful Customer Service. I will never support your Brand and I will ensure that I tell others too!
