Nandos, ultimate disappointment

So today we purchased the R30 special from nandos which consists of a quarter chicken, chips n roll. We also bought a extra hot chicken livers. We where utterly disappointed by the food that we where given. The chicken was under cooked, the skin was still raw. I'm 100% sure mild sauce was used instead of hot and extra hot. And the livers where bland, as if they where yesterday's. No hint of any hot sauce at all.

The service in store was good... But the food was terrible. It's so disappointing to know that just because we are so eager for these specials that the standard of preparation of the food has to be dropped. Are we still not paying for our meals? In this day and age we eagerly await these specials cause it's at times like this that we can afford to feed the family. Does it mean that if the price drops.. the standards have to as well??? So highly disappointed
