NANDOS U SUCK!!!
This is the second incident regarding nandos and its upsetting! For starters- the food, the staff and management SUCKS!! The 1st time my husband ordered lunch for me which was suppose to be delivered as I work down the road from nandos! My order got there an hour later, yet it doesn't take 5 minutes to get to where I am. And then the 2nd incident, on a Saturday, 2015-07-25, I ordered supper, a family meal. I placed my order at 4pm, an hour later I called to find out what's going on, to my surprise, my order had not left.. The person whom assisted me, percy, said that they have a lot of customers to deliver food to. (That's shockiing! What am I?) I requested to speak to the manager (Clermon), who couldn't give me a time delay as to when my food will arrive. Then spoke to a lady by the name of Fatima, she assisted me.. My foor arrived at 17:50. (Take note, I live in the area) . So it takes Nandos Ladium, hours to do a delivery. That's PATHETIC!!!! They should close down!!! When my food arrived, it was cold! The chicken that's was suppse to be MILD, was HOT! My 3 year old daughter kept complaing!!! I hate u NANDOS!!! Please close down, service has never been so POOR in the past!!!!
