Nandos Tygervalley Worst Experience
I have always enjoyed great service and tasty food at Nandos, until last night 31/10/2015, at Nandos Tygervalley.<br> <br> Initially my family and I ordered a family pack meal. The cashier seemed confused by the order and told us that they close at 8:30pm. This order was placed at 7:30pm. We said that we'd like to order anyway. We were then told that our meal would be ready in 15 minutes. We did not have a problem with that.<br> <br> After 25 minutes our salad, chips and rolls were brought to the table. Five minutes later our chicken.<br> <br> We immediately noticed that our chips were dry and discolored. It was obviously over-cooked.<br> I took it back to the counter, a woman took the chips didn't say a word of apology and then walked away.<br> We got decent chips later.<br> Our salad had no dressing at all. Again, no apology was given.<br> Our chicken was scorching and I burnt my lip with the first bite. When I came to ask for a doggy bag, staff simply ignored me for 4 minutes until someone eventually spoke to me.<br> Your staff attitude is poor, your service is *******, your food average.<br> This is the last meal I'll ever have at Nandos.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
