Nandos tramshed must train their floor staff
Nandos tramshed, floor staff with attitude, i ordered the Hotpot which is normally served on a small bowl, i am 1 person who likes well prepared n presented food. My dish was serves with a big bowl and it was like everything was thrown into the bowl and as i asked the lady who served me she gave me the worst attitude ever, in her language "Golaetsa gore agona di bowl gebao server ka dt 1" as if i must assume that nandos only has 20 bowls because we were not more than 20. So i asked i cant she just notify us the reason i am being served with that bowl, which made my meal less appetising and she responded again with rolling eyes "You will wait for everybody to finish eating then" as i look around the table across mines theres a bowl which is dirty and noone is bothering themselves to get it and on the other table again theres like 5 stuff members eating with the same bowl i am asking for. She returned my dish at 14h44 and i am still waiting. I have a problem with people who have a problem when a customer is not satisfied and still respond or communicate with attitude yet they said they wanted jobs. Customer service is important when dealing with people.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
