NANDOS TRADE ROUTE MALL DRIVE THRU IS TERRIBLE Nkosikone Msibon

Nandos at the trade route mall drive thru is absolutely the worst and after numerous times I brought this to hello Peter .they have the worse staff when you call your food .My husband drove up to window to collect his food on the on the 19th of October 2020 @ 18:50 and nkosikone Msibon completely ignored him when he asked if everything is there and gave us so much attitude. When the food arrived the rol was stale and chicken had looked like it was eaten from it .Today we go to the drive thru and she still does greet and dissappears.We distinctively asked that the chicken doesn't come out like bubble gum and it did.i gave that horrible food to my dogs. This is the worse service I've ever received from any nandos .this makes me want to go somewhere else to avoid this disappointment. I spoken to a manager who have just the same attitude as the staff .it's absolutely pathetic service .These past experiences have left a bitter taste in mouth about nandos .
