Nandos Too CHICKEN to care about their Customers

Nandos takes the mickey out of everyone in their ads But Too CHICKEN to care about their Customers. On Holiday in Cape Town Visited Nandos Century City. Ordered a Salad with extra Halloumi to find hair in the salad. When approached the staff the dude was rude not apologetic at all. Not willing to assist and turns his face away not interested. Logged complaint with Nandos customer service on 1st April. I called a week later to follow up im told takes 5 -10 days for investigation. I called 12 days later then im told takes 10 - 15 days. Its almost a month no feedback. Seems like they dont care will come with another excuse again
