Nando’s Tongaat Rude Driver and Lying manager

The Nando’s in Tongaat is the worst Nando’s ever ! Yesterday I ordered food at 18:18pm only to receive it at 20:32pm yet I live 2,8km from them.

I called at 19:12pm and I spoke to A guy named David he assured me that the driver took my order and should be here any minute now. I waited.... waited.....waited.... AND waited... eventually I call again and this time a lady answers and says I must be patient because the driver has my food with him and on his way to me... I waited...AGAIN... at 20:00 Nando’s calls me and I speak to this disrespectful driver who tells me to wait outside for him he’s coming now he’s picking up my food so I asked all along they said you have my food- he just said “wait outside I’m coming” then hung up. I waited outside in the cold rain , driver only got to me at 20:32pm. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with the service from Nando’s in Tongaat, Gopalall Hurbans !!!
