Nandos Tokai pathetic service!

Nandos Tokai has the worst service ever! After entering the store without being screened or having sanitizer at the entrance we ordered our food and looked for a table to sit at. The shop was fairly empty with 4 other tables including ours just waiting for staff to clean the tables as plates and bones were still lying there for who knows how long. Seeing some Nandos staff members sitting and eating at a table ignore everyone we approached the till to ask them to clean our tables. Our tables were then cleared and sanitized and then the waiting game began. Waited at least 20-25 minutes for food. After bringing our food we had to wait another 5 minutes for forks. Myself and the other customers were completely irritated by this time and then they didnt have drinks we ordered available as well. Pathetic service only one staff member was actually running around trying to accommodate all customers. As a well known fast food restaurant we also expected it to at least have a high chair or clip on chair for our 8 month old but alas nothing in sight. I won't be returning again. Just to clarify this happened on the 28th of February 2020 after 16h00.
