Nandos Thornhill *****s your food.

I was at Nandos Thornhill and this is not first time this has happened, many times you find that they rob you off your order. They always leave something out of the order. Today when I paid I even told the lady at the cash point,dont cut my chicken as you always leave a piece out. And after i got my order I found that a whole wrap was missing. My ? Is why at the most expensive food outlet will the staff or management not ensure that customers get what they pay for. 2ndly this happend to me already several times so how many others has it happend to. When I approached the said staff all she could say is sorry. Sorry for what? Sorry for alwYs making sure clients food is not complete. This is nonsense. I would like a response from you to ensure us customers that this behaviour will stop and be dealt with and not pushed under the rugs. A very dissapointed customer and I'm sure there are many out there that experienced the same.
