Nando's - The Square, Ladysmith.

I have never experienced bad service before from any Nando's restaurant that I have eaten or ordered from in the past. In fact I'd say their service is quite impeccable. Well that was until today. I might have looked passed it had it been a busy day or if it were the pay-day rush. But no, it was a random Friday afternoon, 18/10/2024 to be exact and picking up an online order at 16:50. A part of the order was 1/4 Chicken + any single side (Mild/Leg/Well done/chips). What I received was chicken breast seasoned lemon & herb. This order was for a child! And forget who the order is for, what happened to getting the order right?! What is the purpose of selecting your food options only for it to be disregarded. If something as an order is overlooked then I shudder to imagine just what other key and important processes are also "overlooked" due to such negligence. This was my first and certainly will be the LAST visit I make to Nando's located at The Square shopping centre.
