Nando's terrible service

Nando's Leaping Frog what a terrible establishment, very poor service and outright disregard for others, you honestly do not even deserve the 1 star rating that's how appalling your service is . I ordered my food past 6pm. I call them around 8pm to ask for my order. They cannot give me any answers they do not where their driver is and cannot call him. The driver eventually arrives at 9pm, tells a story about how he was lost. The store calls me and I had already ordered food somewhere else and they still ask me to tell their driver to return to the store with the Food cause they have no means of calling him, like what kind of a joke is that.
