Nandos terrible delivery service

I ordered food from Nandos Vangate on the 25th of October via the Nandos app. My order never arrived. I had to call to keep asking what's happening to be told the driver is on his way for 3 hours. Eventually after 4 hours I was told due to bad weather conditions and other unforeseen issues my meal will not be delivered but I will get a refund by the 31st of October. I paid immediately via the app and now 7 days later I'm still waiting on my refund.

The app is of poor quality as it doesn't have a decent tracking system and the apologies are now no longer acceptable.
