NANDO'S TABLEVIEW ABSOLUTE DISCUSTING SERVICE AND FOOD

I've been ordering from Table View Nandos for the last month and every single time I have to phone in to here the location of my order as its 35 to an hour late. Once again today ,no one even phones me to say its late I have to phone in every single time by the time my food gets here its cold and horrible ,this will be the absolute last time that I order from this establishment ,get better managers to run it
