Nandos table view horrible customer service

I ordered food from Nando's Table view mall, the driver that collected my order stole the order. Nandos could not make me a new order at the time, so I took a refund. It has been 3 days and 5 calls and still my refund has not been processed and I have to call in every time because they can't give me feedback and call me back when they said they would and now they are ignoring me calls.

Horrible, completely **** service !
