Nando's Sunnyside Park Centre Sunnyside
Today I order through Mr Delivery, the following : Half Chicken (Cut in 4 - Mozambican Paprika flavor), 2 rolls and a buddy (sprite ).
When delivered I received, Half Chicken (cut in 2) mild Flavor, no bread rolls and buddy (sprite).
Told the delivery guy that there is no bread rolls. He indicated that he will be back in 12 minutes. I did not have a problem with the delivery guy. His service was ok.
A few minute later I received a call from Nando's indicating that the delivery guy did not check the order. I told her well, I am the customer, I paid for the order and expect delivery as per order. She was more focused on the driver and not the customer's incomplete order. I asked to speak to the Manager and she said that she is the Manager. I asked so are you going to delivery the rolls and she said hold on...and that was it....
This is really unacceptable, I paid for the order, no bread rolls, wrong flavor....ridiculous isn't it..This branch should be removed from Mr Delivery !!
Just received a call from reception and guess what..the bread rolls was just delivered and left on the reception counter.
Please do something about this Manager.
