Nandos Sunningdale Totally *****stars and Useless!!!

On 15 Jan, I complained about Nandos poor/bad service when I ordered a full chicken cut in 8, and I got a dry chicken with no sauce, and you could easily tell that the Chicken pieces did not come from the same chicken, some pieces extremely small and some bigger. They undertook to resolve this and fast forward to date no feedback has been provided. On 27 Feb, I ordered 3 quarter chickens with single sides, and the quarter leg was burned beyond any possible consumption and it was dry, and no sauce. This poor service by Nandos Sunningdale is really appalling and making it really hard for me to want to buy their chicken in future. I am disgusted that a month and half later I did not receive my refund for the full chicken and now I have another complaint which is likely to stay for more two more months before anyone does anything about it!

Totally **********, and utterly unacceptable!
