Nandos' Sucks
Service Sucks!!! ordered online for pick up at 18:10 waited in queue till 19:15 for food to be ready, and to top it off the food was cold!!! these guys should not be in business!

11 Jul 2020, 18:53So was contacted by I presume Nando's head office complaints department this evening who seems intent on making excuses rather than customer service!
They blame Load Shedding and COVID-19 social distancing, the store had power and was operating! Order numbers for UBER and other delivery services were being attended before ours, also there was no social distancing in effect (something maybe the health department should look at! maybe I should report it to them?)
