Nando's sub standard service

Today at Nando's, Petroport N1 Doornpoort, North of Pretoria at 10.30am we received Sloppy service at the till. Place wrong flavours to my order after asking several times. Unfriendly. The burger was very dry with no sauce(ordered lemon & herb) . The kitchen staff uniforms was not clean. Really disgusting experience.
