Nandos stole my roll

Why is it that there is hardly ever a time that Nandos gets an order correct. I am hardly ever satisfied with this place. Today I ordered a meal with a roll, I didn't get the roll, I ordered extra sauce I didn't get the extra sauce! What makes me angry is that this is not the first time this has happened. I can count the times on my hand Nandos has gotten an order correct and believe you me I order from there a lot. I will not even tell you how Mr delivery handled the situation. I think it might be time to look for other chicken places who have a better service at a fraction of the price
