Nandos staff disappoints

I am sitting at nandos in Cavendish where I have been a few times before and always had excellent food and service.. However today I am so upset and disgusted by the attitude and customer service disregard shown by manager lindo I placed an order for 2 went to take our seats and got up to get tomato sauce and garlic sauce bottles.. My wife for years only uses 2 nandos sachets always with her meals as she in her words prefers the sachets.. I then proceed to ask the manager for 2 sachets please and he tells me in a rude manner I must use the bottles.. I calmly explain I am aware of the bottles but my wife prefers the sachets and he gets even ruder telling me its only for take aways.. When I asked to Speak to the manager as I was taken aback he said he is the manager.. I was astonished as I would expect the manager to have some sort of customer soft s****s but apparently not.. Suffice to say I will not be visiting nandos Cavendish again.. The food however was excellent as usual.. Pity about the training nandos provides its staff
