Nandos staff at mt edgecombe have no work ethics?

Worst drive thru i have been to, firstly there was this indian guy by the name of jerald that was so rude, he had messed up my order infact overcharged me and when i queried it he he grabs the slip from the lady that was serving me i then requested for sauce on the chicken the lady took the packet and he grabbed it again and took off with her as if it was her fault he refused to check the order and walked away got home only to realise the chicken was so burnt tht it tasted bitter, what a waste of time and money, i rather cook at home from now on, as paying customers we dont need to be treated like idiots, i complained on the nandos page a week ago i got a msg saying they would contact me and to date im still waiting for that call. Totally disgusted at that guys behaviour why do people employ such rude staff..
