NANDOS SPRINGFIELD YOU SUCK!

<p>Friday, 01/06/16 - looking forward to breaking my fast at Nando's.. only to be served attitude by the Manager Kevin and waitresses including one who would not listen to what I was saying and kept walking away. FOOD was not to my satisfaction!!! NANDO'S SPRINGFIELD PARK - WHEN I SAY WELL DONE I MEAN WELL DONE AND NOT STILL ALIVE!!</p> <p>Complained to the other manager Nate, called the customer care line - received a call on Tuesday saying that they will look into the matter. Got a call today 07/07/16 by Ravine from their head office who apologises on behalf of everyone but who says that the manager Nate said that I was irate and therefore the waitresses were on edge which is a load of HOGWASH!!!</p> <p>I urge everyone NOT to eat at this place as their food and service is DISGUSTING!!!</p> <p>I will NEVER EAT THERE EVER AGAIN!!! - PS: Catch a wake up guys, we your customers come and spend our hard earned money there, not to be treated like garbage and to be served food that is of a quality standard and to our own liking!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So from now on.. Whoever is reading this - opt for Barcelos I believe they are a better choice - staff and manager are ALWAYS POLITE, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS and food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS :)</p> <p> </p> <p>I REPEAT - NANDO'S SPRINGFIELD PARK YOUR SERVICE AND FOOD SUCKS!!! SEND STAFF AND MANAGERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Was not even compensated for all of the BS I had to put up with at the store, my dog ate my take-away as I was too upset.</p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER, EVER WILL I EAT AT NANDOS SPRINGFIELD PARK AGAIN!!!!</p> <p> </p>
