Nandos southgate value mart pathetic service

I placed an order online at nandos southgate value mart and paid online,1 hour passed without order being delivered next thing status changes to delivered whereas i have not received my order,cantacted customer care,they put me through to the store manager..he claims its a system glitch that put status on delivered but an hour later???? I am very disappointed i had to drive to the store to collect my refund
