NANDOS SOSHANGUVE

I am very much disappointed in Nandos Soshanguve in buitekant, I don't understand if they have one driver on duty or what since the revamp their service delivery has been so poorly managed. The food arrives 3 hours late and they'll offer caslow as an apology gift that time I don't even eat caslow. I am upset as this is happening for the second time around in a space of 2 weeks. When there is a mix up of some sort they won't even call you to update till you yourself call them, imagine if I don't follow up with them I bet I would receive my order the next day. I did lay a complaint on the first order but now I take it it's not a problem worth fixing as this is the second time around.
