Nando's (Somerset mall) hygiene when dinning inn BEWARE

Good Day Nando's

I would like to inform you about the staff in Somerset mall. On Friday myself and my colleague we were at that particular store . We received such terrible service , the issue was about a table that was not clean or sanitized we approached a group of Nando's staff that was sitting and eat , we asked them to assist us and one lady rep**** " WE ARE ON LUCH AND THIS IS OUR TIME "!! I was so shocked and couldn't believe the tone and attitude .

One of the male staff stood up and went to wipe and sanitize .

After that we received out food & i asked for extra source , little did i know this runner would bite my head off as well ANOTHER FEMALE STAFF , I ate my food and kept quiet . in-front of me the was a group of Somali man sitting there , they stood up and left no-one came to wipe the table . Another customer came and sat there without the table being cleaned , i don't know if you are aware we are fighting a pandemic and NANDOS SOMERSET is just allowing it to spread . I informed the customers that table had not been cleaned and they must ask the people who work for Nando's to clean it as i was scared for the safety , your staff is very negligent and dismissive when it comes to hygiene its really scary . I wonder how do they operate in the kitchen if they cant clean tables .
