Nandos sold me dry and burnt meat

i ordered online and only to get to the restaurant at Nandos Kimberley, Northern Cape and my order wasn't ready. On top of that, i had asked for extra sauce and they did not put anything. All meat portions ordered are extremely dry and burnt. I only noticed when i get home
