What’s happening at Nando’s?

I regularly frequent Nando’s Westville store on Friday evenings and it used to be super busy. Now there is seldom anyone there.

Today I did my usual online App order and paid via my bank app. But when I arrived to collect, the store had no record of my order. So I left without buying anything

It’s not the first time there has been a problem with the Nando’s App and they must be losing business big time.
