Nandos shocking service

I tried to order from Nandos via MrD. First of all most of the Nandos branches were offline and in fact only Norwood was online. I placed my order with Mr. D but norwood never responded. I called the complaints line and was told that they would call Norwood and get back to me but that never happened. There are other chicken outlets that need and appreciate the business and thats where i will be going in future.
