nandos shelly Beach is useless

I ordered nandos online for delivery, it was the first time I used this service and I will never use it again. Nandos Shelly Beach has the most clueless, unhelpful and rude staff from any branch I have been to. My order was one hour late, and after many calls they realized it was for delivery not pick up. If you would like to digitize your systems at least make sure Shelly Beach is trained on how things work. I never had a problem with other branches and am an avid supporter of Nandos. I will continue to support but not ever Shelly beach again.
