Nandos serving our children raw chicken?

We drove to Nandos tonight and waited about an hour to get our food. Normally you don't check the actual food you just check if everything is there. We got home and when my sister took the chicken out for her two kids (one 5, the other one 2) she noticed that a piece was completely undercoocked. We live 15 minutes away from our closest branch so you can see why we weren't able to just go back and get something else.This is unacceptable as children do not know how to check their food, but I don't think it should ever be necessary for any client to check their food, it should be cooked propperly, it is after all what we pay for! The service was good and the staff very helpful, but the food was a problem. Please check that this does not happen again. Raw food, especially chicken is very dangerous.
