Nandos service unacceptable

Yesterday we purchased food from nandos via uber eats. I live in a complex and the driver sent a picture of the food on the ground next to a drain pipe. By the time i got to the gate the food and the driver was gone . We drove down to nandos grassy park the manager said there is nothing she can do. We contacted your head office and she said its not her problem. Uber eats was closed and we were forced to buy a second time and wait for the refund. This is unacceptable .there is no service in the service industry
