Nandos service not so friendly
Terrible service received from Nando's Mt Edgecombe yet again (2015/05/15). From incorrect and incomplete orders delivered, to late delivery to a point where I've placed an order and it never came until I went to pick it up myself, after an instance where it was never delivered altogether. This the being the worse, from the delivery guy who was so rude, I'm still shocked. Roy (head of delivery services) and further to the supposed owner's daughter Keshni Moodly. The manager on duty, Moses did however seem sincere about his disappointment of the service we received until he handed the phone to Kanshi who did nothing but excuse the drivers' behavior. The driver Roy fully clothed in a Nandos uniform displayed the opposite of everything Nandos stands for and after just complaining again about the appalling service at this particular branch just a week ago to the other manager Riaad, who had to diffuse another complaint.<br> My complaint on the Nandos website was clearly ignored... With that said, I'm never ordering from that branch again and I'll obviously think twice before ordering Nandos again and I'm definitely going to post this complaint on every forum I have at my disposal.<br>
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
