Nando's service

Hi, I raised a complaint about the service at Maponya Mall Nando's last month, Although Nando's claimed that it will get back to me in a two feathers shake it did not and I'm still waiting for their reply anytime this century. Or perhaps that time is measured in Jurassic time, then I guess I'll have to be fossilized before they reply. How disappointing.
