Nandos serve zero no sauce chicken Milnerton

Am furious ,disappointed and irritating all at once .We purchase a full chicken yesterday from the Milnerton branch in Cape Town...asked for an extra sauce but when we got we found a supper dry chicken with no sauce at all I just lost my appetite honestly
