Nando's Secunda - Fail, fail,fail again !
They just cant get it right, after numerous promises from the store manager to resolve their pathetic service and to give them another chance, they still keep providing poor service. Placed an online order 7187/307334 @18:34 for delivery. Order was supposed to be delivered by 19:20, called at 19:30 to follow up, only to be informed to give it ANOTHER 15 minutes !?!?!? When the food was eventually delivered, it was AS USUAL ice cold, and to top it all off, the chips were scattered all over the packet !?
