Nandos Savoy poor customer service

I visited nandos in Mtata Savoy was passing through. I wanted to order the R199 meal with 2 sides and a cool drink. I was told its out of stock and i should order the R229 meal, i then asked why must i buy something more expensive because nina ni out of stock. I then asked to speak to the manager and i was just ignored... OK The meal was rang up and i didnt get the cool drink as the was none and they didn't even bother to give discount or try and remedy the situation i had to go to spar and buy my own drink.

If that is not poor customer service i dont know what is. The service in EC is so pathetic its sickening.
